LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
A leading online fashion retailer is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis!
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Facilitating the seamless flow of inbound Stock Imports and customer outbound orders
- Liaising with suppliers, carriers and vendors on a daily basis, checking all applicable documentation is in place and fully compliant for import and subsequent re-export
- Ensuring goods are restricted to relevant markets where necessary
- Undertaking regular audits of Import entries, ensuring 100% compliance with all customs formalities
- Identifying areas of risk within the supply chain and providing solutions to maintain compliance controls
- Checking accuracy of carrier invoices
- Preparing information and reporting for Trade and Transport management team
- Coordinating logistics for stock shipments required at various global events
- Minimum 6 months of logistics and customs experience
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
