The Role
This position will see you working in the office and on the production floor. Working within an established Logistics & Transport team your primary duties are making sure your products are exported to France OTIF. Your duties will include.

• Provide full admin support including export documentation, make sure all is compliant with relevant authorities inc FSSC, ISO, customs, health, and food safety certificates.
• Inputting sales orders into Nav ERP system- invoicing customers and chasing invoices.
• Plan & book transport, liaise with Hauliers, and customs brokers, Weighbridge Bridge tickets.
• Manage stock takes, raising PO\'s and producing reports.

Your Skills & Experience
As full and intensive training is provided you could be at the beginning of your career journey or someone with more experience, they are looking for a person that is willing to learn and a strong team player. Ideally you will have.

• Knowledge of logistics, production, and warehousing from a food manufacturing environment
• String administrative skills including Excel, Word, planning and numerical skills.
• IT savvy, previously used WMS or ERP type systems along with audit trails and traceability systems
• Export customs experience (France)
• Drivers\' License

In Return
If successful, the salary depends on your experience from \xc2\xa326,000.00 to \xc2\xa328,000.00 + an excellent benefits package. The hours are Mon- Fri 8.30am to 5pm.
