We are now looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and the outdoors. As a Logistics Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our adventurous community seamlessly. Key responsibilities in this role:



Work closely with the Logistics Lead to support the day to day operations of our UK and DE warehouse partners, ensuring the warehouses are hitting SLA and supporting them with PO related issues / questions Monitor and maintain key logistics reports to identify issues and ensure the outbound operations team are hitting their KPIs - including the items unshipped report and warehouse priority sheets Manage the Logistics responses to the customer service issues log ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner Support the merchandisers with any outbound ops related issues and communicate any issues or requests to the warehouse - e.g. missing investigations, barcode updates, stock checks and organising collections Manage Xdock prioritisation, updating current expected dates, tracking missing boxes, deciding when to close PO's with outstanding units and liaising with merchandisers for information Manage storage PO prioritisation by setting offsets for the commercial team as well as sending each warehouse a weekly priority list Manage the process for the Logistics compliance submissions making sure they are submitted on time and accurately Work with the logistics lead to aid in the approval process for shipping dangerous goods Work with the logistics lead to keep stock levels optimum and arranging for unsellable stock to be cleared quarterly

Salary: 26,500 per annum
