The daily co-ordination & scheduling of all installation staff to maintain maximum customer satisfaction and delivery performance. To act as the main point of liaison between installation staff and our end client. To effectively co-ordinate all van run jobs to ensure maximization of labour resource. To allocate and distribute the workload proportionately between the team and ensure all tasks are completed to deadlines and within timescales. To offer pastoral care to all operations & installation teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee post-sale communication with agents, landlords, tenants, & management companies via telephone and email - booking in deliveries, liaising with residents with high levels of customer service.
Route efficiency & scheduling of deliveries - with a commercial focus.
Raise Sales orders as required
Provide dedicated central support for our installation teams on the road, problem solving and helping to resolve issues remotely.
Ordering stationery and toiletry sundry purchases as required
Supporting Ops Manager South with pastoral care to all ops & customer service & installation teams
Manage employee relations through coaching, mentoring and the provision of a general support function to the operations team.
Attending daily, weekly & monthly MDI team meetings
Recording daily shipment values.
Booking van parking requests sent via the installation teams.
Provide live, daily communication updates to the installation and warehouse teams, using all available platforms (i.e., Teams, Office 365, WhatsApp).
Scheduling the workshop builds daily so furniture is assembled ready in advance of delivery.
Complete & send Rota for install/warehouse team on daily basis.
Process any returns in a timely manner, making sure credits are released on time.
Review process stages on Orderwise, via date importance and status progress.
General housekeeping and the maintenance of Orderwise ERP.
Manage correspondence and appeals regarding penalty notices and fines.
Organise parking ticket payments and advise Finance / HR of relevant deduction for employees.
Track daily delivery activity through the online management portal (RAM Tracking).
Projects overview - appropriately resource, picked on time, paperwork printed, sign off sheets completed and return processing.
Projects OW allocation, routing, and assisting resource planning
Allocation of vehicles against daily rota, van key & driver fuel card security
