Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive

Logistics Coordinator

to support the smooth global movement of our design-led products to a wide range of worldwide customers. You'll play a key part in ensuring our products reach B2B and B2C customers worldwide - from boutique retailers to major distribution partners in full compliance with international trade requirements and vendor guidelines.

What you'll do

Coordinate all

export shipments

to the UK, EU and US- including documentation, customs compliance, and freight booking. Prepare and verify

commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin

, ensuring all paperwork meets customs and retailer requirements. Review and interpret

retailer/vendor compliance manuals

and translate them into clear instructions for our warehouse and production teams (labelling, barcoding, packaging, palletisation). Liaise with

freight forwarders and couriers

to arrange collections, track deliveries, and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Support order fulfilment and inventory coordination between our London HQ, Yorkshire warehouse, and ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Faire. Maintain accurate export data and tracking information in internal systems.

Experience & Skills

Essential:

Proven experience in

Export Logistics

, including EU & US export documentation and vendor compliance. Working knowledge of

customs procedures, Incoterms, commodity codes, and duty classifications

. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to coordinate across teams and global partners. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
