Logistics Coordinator

to join our operations team in Mallusk.

In this vital role, you will help ensure the accurate and efficient flow of products through our warehouse, supporting the timely delivery of essential medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and customers across NI and ROI. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the

receipt, storage, and dispatch

of goods, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date inventory records using the

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

. Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Prepare and check shipping documentation to ensure all deliveries are correct and on schedule. Conduct regular stock checks and quality control inspections to maintain product integrity. Support manual handling tasks as required, following all

health and safety procedures

. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in

logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain

(experience in the medical or regulated industry is an advantage). Proficient in stock management and familiar with

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners. Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks safely when required.
