Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join an established team on a large infrastructure project on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will assist the Logistic Operations Manager deliver a seamless operation to the construction sites.

Rate: \xc2\xa317-20ph PAYE + Holiday Pay
Location: London, NW10
Duration: 4 months
Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:
\xc2\xb72 years logistics coordination experience
\xc2\xb7Experience of working with a Delivery Management System (DMS).
\xc2\xb7Experience of working with FORS/CLOCS.
\xc2\xb7Experience of working with sites, suppliers and drivers
\xc2\xb7Experience working for a construction company
\xc2\xb7Experience using Excel

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Operating the logistics system to deliver our teams requirements to construction sites.
\xc2\xb7Accurate site and gate capacity management based on planning forecasts.
\xc2\xb7Collaboration with site team to ensure logistic system compliance.
\xc2\xb7Collaboration with suppliers to ensure company, vehicle, driver and system compliance.
\xc2\xb7Early waring notifications for non conformance.
\xc2\xb7Meet response times to all queries including management of the logistics email.
\xc2\xb7Successful relationships with stakeholders.
