As we continue to expand the team in Wellingborough, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our warehouse operations.

Have a look at the job responsibilities below to see if this is the role for you.Working with our customer via email and phone throughout the whole of Europe and the UK to coordinate deliveries and collections of goods
Research various vendor options and select the best options based on the customers' needs
Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
Handle any related to vendor service, such as poor product quality or delivery delays
Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise
Keep an accurate record of jobs on hand
Track orders from placement through to delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
Import compliance for HMRC administrative support
Provide support to other areas of the business when required
Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
