Key Responsibilities

As a

Logistics Development Manager

, you'll:

Support the rollout of our

Warehousing Excellence Roadmap

, tailoring European initiatives to UK & Ireland operations. Define and implement

standardised operational procedures

that elevate efficiency and consistency across sites. Lead

facility-level improvement projects

- from deployment to evaluation - ensuring measurable impact. Promote a

continuous improvement culture

, delivering training and coaching to regional teams. Support

inventory accuracy and SOX compliance

, working closely with Supply Chain Planning and European colleagues. Align with the European team on

WMS strategy and technology rollouts

, ensuring local readiness and adoption. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing clear updates, impact reporting, and escalation when required.

Skills and Experience

We're seeking someone who brings:

A strong background in

logistics, warehousing, or supply chain development

. Proven experience in

process improvement, lean methodology, or operational excellence initiatives

. Excellent

stakeholder management and communication skills

. The ability to influence, coach, and drive engagement at all levels. A mindset for

continuous improvement and innovation

, with strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland region when needed.
