Key Role Responsibilities:

As an Logistics Assistant, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:


Being a representative of the Vindis Group to all customers at all times. Interacting consultatively and professionally with your colleagues in the wider business, to ensure that vehicles are collected and delivered in a logistically considered manner; and within the timeframes agreed. Delivering upon the expectations of the customer experience, as per the training and guidance given. Maintaining all records in a complete and accurate manner.

Prerequisites:

Previous relevant experience preferable Full UK driving licence required
