Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise our end-to-end logistics operations. This role will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, third-party logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in improving operational performance, implementing best practices, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost control
Manage daily transport, warehousing, and distribution operations
Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Lead and supervise logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), suppliers, and partners
Monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational performance
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delays and operational costs
Ensure compliance with health & safety, transport, and warehouse regulations
Manage inventory flow, stock accuracy, and dispatch planning
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management
Support business growth initiatives and capacity planning

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of transport, warehousing, and distribution operations
Experience using TMS, WMS, or ERP systems
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyse data and improve operational performance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in fast-paced logistics environments is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-45,000.00 per year
