One of our flagship contracts is with the Ministry of Defence at a major base near Watford -- a high-profile, complex environment where we provide comprehensive hard, soft, and technical FM services.



Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this key leadership position is responsible for all on-site logistics functions, including Stores, Armoury, Inventory Control, Site Services, Mail and Receipt & Dispatch. You'll lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to exceed SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the seamless delivery of first-class services to our client.

What you'll do:





Lead the delivery of logistics services in line with Northwood SLAs and client expectations. Manage and develop teams across Stores, Armoury, Inventory Control, Mail and R&D. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at senior and executive levels. Collaborate with Hard Services, Project, and Lifecycle teams to ensure a fully integrated FM solution. Champion Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across all operations. Oversee the Grounds Maintenance service, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

What you'll bring to the role:





Proven experience in Logistics Management within a Facilities Management or similar service-led environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills up to senior/executive level. Expertise in Inventory Management and Budget/Risk Control. Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
