Are you looking for a dynamic role in logistics with the opportunity to lead a large team and manage a key client contract? BRC Logistics is expanding and seeking a dedicated

Logistics Operations Manager

to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Manage a team of around 30 delivery drivers to achieve operational targets.

Act as the primary contact for the driver team, providing support and resolving issues across shifts.

Manage and maintain the day-to-day relationship with a key client (Amazon).

Plan and coordinate driver rotas, ensuring coverage and efficient route planning.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to improve performance and compliance.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for new drivers.

Handle operational problems with initiative and escalate when necessary.

Support driver coverage

5 to 7 days per week, including weekends

, ensuring flexible and reliable service.

Report directly to the Operations Director or Company Director.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.

Organised, hands-on, and able to make quick decisions under pressure.

Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics.

A flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving.
