Logistics Operations Manager

to lead our daily operations.

The Role

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our delivery service. You'll oversee drivers, rota scheduling, and fleet management while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position where flexibility is key -- you may be required to step in to support on the road during emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or unexpected driver shortages.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of delivery drivers. Create and manage daily rotas to ensure full route coverage. Oversee fleet performance, including maintenance and breakdown support. Monitor delivery operations, safety, and performance standards. Step in to cover delivery gaps when required. Manage driver payments, invoices, and operational administration. Build a positive and safety-focused team culture.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in logistics, transport, or operations management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced situations. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, safety-first mindset.

Pay: 120.00-150.00 per day
