With a firm focus on supporting our operations with planning and administrative duties. Avena are delighted to be advertising for a Logistics Planner and Administrator. This new role is required due to ongoing growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring that our CSR (Customer Service Representative) team are routed efficiently via Total Recall focusing on service levels and efficient utilisation of our fleet across the UK network with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working with our internal Client Care Team to support with queries, complaints and client requests.
Routing of internal transport requirements between depots.
Daily administration of Total Recall to support invoicing, certification and service levels.
Monitoring and actioning of vehicle maintenance schedules for accurate resource utilisation.
Reporting activity to manager on performance and analysis to lead decision making.
To work with our Q&C Manager (Quality and Compliance) to ensure safety, security and smart practices are being met for fleet, CSR and customer.
Working in conjunction with the management team across depots and other areas of the business to ensure clear communication, two-way support and a smart approach to delivering excellence
The suitable candidate will be clear with their communication, responsible, take ownership and request/provide support as needed.
Always looking at ways to improve and work lean but effectively through continuous improvement and best practice.
To adhere to all policies and procedures of the business to ensure compliance.
To follow processes set out that are job specific and communicate clearly.
