As we expand, we're looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team.

About the Role

This is a team-leading role, where you'll oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, working closely with a small team. You'll ensure stock flows efficiently in and out of the warehouse, coordinate order fulfilment, and help maintain high standards of accuracy and organisation.

You'll also work alongside management to continuously improve processes and support the business as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day logistics from goods-in to order dispatch Supervise and support a small warehouse team Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation Ensure targets are met for speed, accuracy, and quality of fulfilment Help develop and refine warehouse systems for efficiency Promote a safe, clean, and well-organised workspace Support flexible staffing and overtime during seasonal peaks (Oct-Dec)
About You

Experience in a logistics, warehouse, or operations environment Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident using spreadsheets, warehouse systems, and shipping platforms Practical, proactive, and solution-focused Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Understanding of health & safety and shipping regulations is a plus
