We work closely with our field sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep industry moving... literally!

About the Role:
Daily checks on all site commercial vehicles (Non HGV) and FLT's before use
Receipting and checking stock as it arrives from ERIKS FCE or external suppliers
Collection and delivery of industrial equipment where ERIKS are required to complete refurbishment or repairs.
Delivery of goods to retained customers not receiving direct despatch
Daily route planning
Risk Assessments relating to logistics/goods in & out and warehouse operations
Some administrative work using Microsoft Office and the ERIKS SOP system
Positive attitude towards achievement of the company goals
Support the Sales & Service Manager & Engineering Manager in the delivery of market leading customer service
Support the delivery of the financial performance for the area of responsibility
Promote a best practice culture within the team
Ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies and standards are adhered to.
Working hours:
08:00 -17:00 - Monday to Friday
1 hour break
40 hours per week
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
Competent driver
IT competent (training on ERIKS software packages will be provided)
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Always puts safety first
You will be the 'face of ERIKS' and as such we expect a high level of professionalism at all times.
Follow all ERIKS health and safety procedures and policies and or those required by customers.
Looks for opportunities to improve the customer experience
Strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude
