In return, you'll be part of a forward-thinking company offering a competitive salary and wellbeing benefits (including gym discounts and private medical care).
Main Responsibilities:
Support the Logistics Manager in running daily logistics and warehouse operations
Supervise teams across goods receiving, stock movement, dispatch, and delivery
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and organisational standards in warehouse and yard areas
Drive service level targets and stock accuracy
Coach, train, and develop logistics personnel to enhance performance and team morale
Support audits and stocktaking
Manage absence cover and promote a positive team culture aligned with company values
About you:
Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, ideally within manufacturing or plastics
Strong numerical skills and critical decision making
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a focus on health & safety compliance

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a positive workplace culture
