Logistics Operative / FLT Supervisor - Weekly Pay | Monday to Friday

Shifts:

A - 5am to 2pm | B - 2pm to 10pm

The Role

We're looking for a

reliable and motivated Logistics Operative / FLT Supervisor

to support our production and logistics teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards, despatch deadlines are achieved, and health and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate FLT/flexi truck safely, including daily safety checks. Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring quality standards. Accurately record stock, despatch activities, and paperwork. Support cold storage management, including temperature control and continuous improvement initiatives. Liaise with the Logistics Manager to optimise workplace processes. Supervise and support logistics staff, including task allocation, job rotation, and performance management. Assist with weekend working, training, and implementing new systems. Maintain hygiene and safety in despatch and storage areas. Support planning, stock counts, and intake of deliveries to ensure smooth operations. Help with administrative duties to support the department.

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating FLTs/flexi trucks in a warehouse or production environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to supervise and motivate a team. Flexible approach to shifts and occasional weekend working. Commitment to maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.
