Warehouse Operations Assistant

to help maintain the quality and efficiency of our operations while ensuring our growing team stays ahead.

What You'll Do:

Order Fulfilment:

Use

ShipStation

to process, pick, pack, and dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Returns & Repairs:

Log and track customer returns and repair requests through

Zendesk

, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Maintain organised stock levels, barcode products, and use

Finale Inventory

for stock tracking and purchase order forecasting.

Customer Support:

Assist with order collections, test rides, and basic troubleshooting, referencing customer records in

Zendesk

where needed.

Order Processing & Data Management:

Edit and manage orders in

Shopify

, track performance using

Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

, and support data-driven decision-making.

Workplace Cleanliness & Safety:

Ensure the warehouse remains tidy, well-organised, and free from hazards to create a safe and efficient working environment.

General Support:

Step in where needed--whether it's handling overflow calls, assisting with unscheduled repairs, or improving workflow within the warehouse.

What We're Looking For:

? Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
? Comfortable lifting and moving moderately heavy equipment.
? Ability to multitask and stay organised while working efficiently.
? A customer-friendly approach with strong problem-solving skills.
? Basic proficiency with software tools such as

Excel/Google Sheets

(training provided where needed).
? Full UK driving license
