Introduction to our Organisation & Performance Practice

The Organisation & Performance (O&P) practice supports our clients with diagnostic and delivery issues in the areas of:

  • Transformation & Organisational Strategy
  • Value Creation combining Performance improvement initiatives
  • Operational Due Diligence in M&A deals
  • Post-Merger Integration or Separation
The Organisation & Performance (O&P) practice brings the transformation and performance improvement expertise to work hand-in-hand with L.E.K. sector experts, who bring deep market understanding. This enables to deliver tangible results corresponding to the defined strategy.

What we are looking for : The Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant role
  • You will be in charge of the modelling and the management of an autonomous module on transformational or performance improvement projects.
  • L.E.K.\'s Associate Consultant role offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of operational challenges. The nature and pace of L.E.K.\'s projects facilitate the rapid development of a highly analytical skill-set, which is underpinned by a structured training program. Together, these elements provide exceptional preparation for any future opportunity in business transformation positions, both in the corporate and investment world.
  • Senior Associate Consultants are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. They will be in charge of the modelling and the management of an autonomous module and perform the first stage of in-depth operational and financial analysis. This enables the team as a whole to evaluate value creation initiatives, develop conclusions, and prepare practical recommendations. Associates Consultant are also assuming an active managerial role.
Requirements for the role
  • 4 years experience minimum in a range of the core O&P capabilities: performance improvement (in product development, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, support functions), transformation programme management and/or M&A post-merger integration;
  • Superior analytical skills combined with demonstrated expertise in consulting approaches or in internal audit or transformation for corporates
  • Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and intellectually curious, able to quickly assess a situation and generate new insights and actionable ideas
  • Fluency in French would be advantageous (though also not essential).
