We are always looking for brands with a point of difference, having helped to create the fruit cider category 10+ years ago to making vegetable juice a familiar sight on thousands of supermarket shelves, we love something new, premium and unique! Our sales team work across all the trade channels in the UK, from supermarkets to the licenced on trade, through "Food to Go", HORECA and contract catering. Our brands can be found in everywhere from Starbucks and The Pig Hotel and Revolution Bars to the staff restaurants of Google and Spotify.
Our team are based across the UK and the Brand Development Executive (BDE) role is home based but with easy access to London.
We want to work with people that are imaginative, not afraid to ask questions, and non-corporate. We are keen to attract candidates at the top of their game who share our passion for food and drink. This will involve a combination of networking with London regional wholesalers sales teams and supporting activating national/regional group customers at site level . Previous foodservice or on trade experience would be preferred.

The role of BDE will see you representing Windfall's new and existing brands within rapidly growing categories including snacking, soft drinks, alcohol and food. You will work closely with our Key and National Account Managers working with end customers to support activating existing listings and create new ones by selling in and activating across bars, restaurants hotels, coffee shops and catering sites such as:

Naturally, you'll be expected to hit business targets for your customers, but you'll be given great help to achieve this through working with your colleagues and the brand owners where you can help to shape their brand and business decisions. You'll be an active and vocal team player as well as a brand champion who is keen to share best practice with others in the team.
