Job Title: Out of Home Account Manager

Direct Manager: Commercial Director

Full Time Position: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm

Based in Bristol Office:

Salary:

Basic 27,625 - 30,000 per annum based on experience

With Bonus and commissions of OTE 34,000

General:



The Out of Home sales position is a main first point of contact with all customers, therefore the impression created, and service given by this role is crucial as it strongly influences how customers will feel about Out of Hand. You need to know exactly how Out of Hand operates, what each employee and department is responsible for, and have the confidence and knowledge to ensure customers are routed to the correct individual with minimal fuss and ensure correct messages are taken / relayed whenever necessary. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for building customer relationships to increase spend, productivity and profitability within our Out of Home sector. We have a growing network of billboards and street level posters across the South West and South Wales. With a wide client based focussed on the arts, cultural, music and entertainment sector, you will be expected to grow sales through active account management of existing accounts. You'll also be expected to identify new business prospect's and actively contact them to promote our services.

We aim to become the customers preferred Out of Home supplier, and working as part of the internal team you will be undertaking comprehensive Customer Service and Sales duties.

Excellent organisational skills and competent computer skills are also required for administrational tasks and customer service duties. Ensuring that customers are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner, and that orders progress through the company efficiently following company procedures accurately using software and MIS systems.

Responsibilities:



Achieve sales targets for various products / services sold by the company.

Work from and keep updated records on Active Campaign

Canvas and cold call to gain additional business.

Investigate and solve customers' problems and handle customer complaints or any incidents relating to your orders. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with internal / external customers and departments enquiry log and quote log. Produce written information for customers, including order confirmation, sales quotes, sales pitches as needed using our MIS & CMS system's and other computer software.
Develop a relationship with key contacts at each account to maintain service levels.

Identify sales and re-marketing opportunities for further business growth, research these where necessary, maintain records and feed back to team to maximise enquiries.

Maintain and develop the company contacts database on our OMS system or other similar internal systems

Act as an ambassador of Out of Hand positively promoting the company to all outside parties including cross selling / introducing other product lines at appropriate points of contact in and out of the office.

Send out marketing material and sales/sample packs with supporting correspondence logging and systematically following these up.

Establish cyclical contact with clients to make sure they have received our quotes / collect post job feedback.

Department filing (both paper and computer based).

Maintain standards of personal presentation so that you represent Out of Hand favourably.

Liaise with other staff to ensure the smooth running of each department and company.

Participate in the generation of ideas to the benefit of Out of Hand.

Any other reasonable task required to ensure the success of Out of Hand.
