I'm looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salon Manager to join me at Polished of Westbourne -- a calm, welcoming salon built around care, precision, and great service.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take the lead in running the salon day-to-day, often independently. You'll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly -- from managing bookings and maintaining salon standards, to greeting clients and delivering beautiful treatments.

You'll be working closely with me, and eventually, one more team member once the right manager is in place.

What I'm Looking For:

I want someone who genuinely cares about the little things -- someone clean, efficient, and empathetic, who takes pride in creating a calm, well-presented space for every client.

You should be:

Confident in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB and nail art. Organised and reliable, with a strong eye for detail. Comfortable working independently and managing a busy day. Punctual, polite, and professional with every client interaction. Aligned with the brand values of Polished -- care, quality, and consistency.

The Role

28,000- 32,000 per year (depending on experience and performance) Bonus opportunities based on growth and consistency 5 days a week , typically Monday to Friday 28 days holiday (including public holidays) Statutory Sick Pay in line with UK employment law 1 day trial required before appointment 3-month probation period with review One Sunday month
