The Role



We are seeking a driven and professional Front of House & Salon Manager to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our salons. This is more than a Front House role - it is a chance to represent a luxury brand and make a lasting impact on our clients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service Excellence

: Welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from their first interaction. Handle large volumes of inquiries and bookings via phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and in person with efficiency, professionalism and service excellence.

Salon Operations

: Manage the day-to-day schedule, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and stylists. Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant reception area that reflects GA Salons' high standards. Liaise with stakeholders such as Admin and Maintenance - ensuring that salons operate in line with GA Policy.

Client Relations

: Build strong, lasting client relationships by remembering preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction each and every time. Address complaints or concerns proactively and professionally. Point of contact for High Value and VIP Clients.

Sales Support

: Be a Brand Ambassador for GA Salons' range of natural hair and beauty products. Upsell services during bookings and provide information about treatments. Meet personal KIP targets and support overall Salon performance.

Team Collaboration

: Support the wider team by ensuring schedules run efficiently. Provide general administrative support. Support the styling team when need arises. Work closely with Operations Manager and Art Director of the salon and offer support when needed. Attend training sessions to stay updated on salon services, products, and GA philosophy.
*This is a full-time role - you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days a week including weekends and Public Holidays.

What We Are Looking For



Experience

:

2+ years

experience of working in a

Reception

or other client facing role is required.

1+ year

of

management or leadership

experience in a

front-of-house

role is required. Background in a

high-end salon, spa or other luxury

environment is preferred. Knowledge of hair or beauty services is an advantage but not necessary. Knowledge of salon product sales, inventory management, and retail management is an advantage. Knowledge and familiarity of

Phorest Booking System

is beneficial.

Skills

:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. English Language at B2 level minimum Understanding high-touch client service, including VIP and celebrity clientele management. Ability to anticipate client needs and provide exceptional experience. Ability to handle large volume of calls and respond to inquiries promptly. Ability to build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Conflict resolution resolution and problem-solving skills to handle client concerns professionally. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Ability to travel and work in other GA locations within London.

GA Recruitment Team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
