We are seeking experienced workers to join our vibrant team at a busy fried chicken shop. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook fried chicken and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is essential, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods, particularly for fried foods.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
