About The Role




Do you have a knack for organisation and an eagle eye for detail? We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Loose Items Controller to join our busy team in Bruntingthorpe. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things in order and loves working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly -- this could be your perfect role!

What You'll Be Doing




You will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle's loose items are accounted for, correctly stored and ready to go when needed.

:



Collect loose items from newly arrived vehicles, secure them, and log everything accurately. Receive and store new loose items, keeping inventory organised and up-to-date. Maintain and update records using Excel and other tools -- accuracy is key! Place loose items back into vehicles when they're called off for delivery. Take short videos of items inside cars and update the relevant documentation. Perform regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies. Work closely with different teams to manage the smooth flow of loose items across the site.

What We're Looking For



Meticulous with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel -- you'll be using it daily. Experienced (or at least comfortable) with inventory systems. A team player with great communication skills. Able to juggle multiple tasks and solve problems as they arrive. Comfortable working in all kinds of weather.
