Responsibilities:Sales Management:Responsible of Sell Out performances, analyses, & growth levers management for their divisions
Set the monthly targets, depending on the client targets given by Hub Business Manager & coordinate the 360 action plan on the different brands
In charge of preparing monthly business review (weekly for animation) and competition activities report to Hub Business Manager
Monitor the animation/pop-up 360 : products thresholds, placing order of GWP, blotters, testers, share the targets, coach promoters & BA's and ensure promotion
In charge of the animation & pop-up reports (at the beginning of the animation and at the end in order to make a synthesis)* In charge of placing merchandising POS materials (PLV..)* Manage the T&E budget given by HBM, in terms of YTD & YTG
Estimate the profitability of an investment (ROI) such as animation Responsible of stock analysis & alert HBM if needed
Use COMPANION TOOL regularly (after the app launch)
Beauty Advisor Management:
Manage & coach teams in achieving their sales objectives (vs target),duly shared with them
Recruit & integrate BA's, following up retailers policies
Follow-up & implement HR policies, retailers, LG local HQ's & agencies
Motivate & manage BA's and agencies teams to promote LG team spirit & collaboration
Assess team performance, develop their business and brands' skills & competencies (provide brands & products expertise)* Incentives/CWP : plan co-creation with HRM/HBM
Insure system cleaning on permanent BA's (name, salary, maternity leave..)
Prepare the BA's team for mystery shopper & follow-up on the results
Promote the use of MBC and make sure BA's are coached on the tool
Retail Excellence:
Guarantee Retail Excellence on each brand : assortment, planograms, testers, GWP, POS-M, TREX, Queuing, promotion, seasonal offer..
Review, provide and implement right planograms according to brands updates (in case you have merchandisers, make sure to send them the planograms and that they are well implemented by asking photos)* Ensure best-in-class opening executions -> anticipate, implement & follow-up
Ensure animation are liaised with retail experience team (ensure the right grooming/brand)& RDD by providing them pictures
Identify business needs in terms of merchandising (POSM, TST, GWP..)
Order, or review, and follow-up deliveries (Products, POSM, TST, GWP..)
Respect the novelties' on-counter dates and alert HBM if any stocks concerns
Promote the use of connected devices & apps : VTO, Modiface.. (make sure HRM & BA's are trained on Ipads, printers, VTO & co) My Maintenance : make sure to duly report each incident on your app, follow-up and make sure the problem is fixed. If not, alert HBM.
In charge of the BOX management & handling to ensure and provide day-to-day tools for merchandisers team
Coaching:
Coach & motivate teams in achieving their sales objectives & follow-up the results
Assess team performance, develop their skills & competencies
Promote L'Oreal team spirit & collaboration
Set & follow-up promoters objectives/targets
Provide products & brand knowledge to promoters
Retailer Management:
Be the first contact for the division for all stakeholders
Strengthen your partnership with retailers
Be an expert of your brands, zone, trends specifities
Engage in a maximum of local action implementation, in-store representation such as local medias & provide knowledge data sharing
Negotiate on local level additional space & visibility opportunities together with HBM
Inform retailers before your daily visit & inform managers for any HQ visit (HRM or HBM are in charge of delivering the Airport badges)
