Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) Lorry Driver
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting the removal of non hazardous waste from our site. All work is local to us with the occasional distance all within the working day. Our lorries are old with a manual gearbox and are well maintained. You also need to be openminded and be ready and willing to get stuck in.Requirements
Must have a HGV Class 2
Valid Driver CPC and Digi Card
Good communication and safety awareness
Strong low-speed maneuvering and reversing skills in a busy environment
Complete daily defect paperwork and vehicle checks
Complete waste transfer notes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.84-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Work Location: In person
