Main Responsibilities

Operate the dishwasher machine. Put all crockery, cutlery, trays and other kitchen items through the dishwasher and put all clean items away. Thoroughly clean the machine at the end of each shift. Maintain the cleanliness of the Kitchen by sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping counters etc. Empty waste bins and rubbish and move to collection point. Ensure buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items for a la carte service are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required and in accordance with food and safety standards. Control and monitor hygiene standards as per HACCAP. Ensure that all products stored or displayed are date coded, stock rotated and labelled correctly using the shelf life rule.
