is looking to hire an experienced

Lounge Manager

for our location in

London - Mayfair.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the lounge, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing culinary and bartending skills. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory and team management experience in a hospitality setting Strong background in restaurant and culinary operations Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Previous experience in high end Lounge or Restaurant Excellent leadership and customer service skills
