Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Lounge Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional guest experiences within a vibrant lounge environment. As the Lounge Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage all aspects of lounge management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Lead and supervise lounge staff to ensure efficient service, high standards of food presentation, and excellent customer interactions. Oversee food preparation and food handling processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate ordering and storage procedures. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation. Train staff on service protocols, food safety practices, POS operation, and customer service excellence to foster a skilled team. Monitor shift schedules, manage staffing levels for optimal service flow, and handle shift management responsibilities. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and cleanliness protocols across all lounge areas. Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction through innovative menu offerings, ambiance improvements, and personalized service. Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food production for events such as banquets or catering functions. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive environment.



Proven management experience in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment with a focus on hospitality management. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards within casual dining or fine dining settings. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team development. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling accuracy. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices in the food industry. Experience managing shifts efficiently in a high-volume restaurant or lounge setting with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of catering operations or banquet services is a plus; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
