JOB SUMMARY




This position is part of the EMEA Loyalty Program Performance and Support Team and will provide Maternity Coverage for a fixed term of 9 months.


This role is responsible for supporting the Director Loyalty Program Performance and Support, supporting hotels to drive member experience metrics, assisting with monthly and quarterly scorecard and reporting, providing Marriott Bonvoy technical and program related question support, and providing powerpoint decks and tableau data analysis and presentation to support webinars, owner meetings and escalations.


There will be additional opportunities to support office hours and virtual trainings and participate in adhoc projects.


This Manager will work closely with the EMEA PRISMA team, Guest and Digital Experience teams and Marriott Bonvoy Global Teams at Marriott Headquarters and other Continents.


CANDIDATE PROFILE




Experience


It is essential to be a Marriott Bonvoy Member and to have a depth of knowledge and understanding in the program Operational experience providing working knowledge in areas such as: Front Office or Guest Relations preferred Finance knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy reimbursement processes advantageous Experience and solid understanding of Marriott systems preferred (Tableau, Power BI, Opera PMS, GXP, MARSHA, MiNT)

Education or Certification


Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in partnership development and activation, commercial development, and/or international consumer marketing, ideally in Hotel Operations
Skills and Competencies


Understanding of loyalty program and Elite Member experience, including how to drive hotel-level program performance Be well connected to hotel environments in different countries and markets, industry trends, and research resources Independent thinker with team orientation Possess very strong oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills so able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team Ability to develop accurate and comprehensive job aids, technical guides and resources Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage personal capacity Demonstrated ability to balance the interests and demands of multiple stakeholders Able to manage conflicting priorities and projects in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization Strong analytical skills to ground decision-making and problem-solving Possess confidence and ability to present to varied audiences Solid knowledge of key presentation and analytical tools and software such as PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
