Job Summary

Orchard Caravans Leisure Group have over 50 years of expertise in the caravan industry. A family run business specialising in all things static caravan related.
We are seeking a fully qualified LPG Gas Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various technical skills necessary for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and systems. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties

LPG gas repairs to static holiday homes, including boilers, fires and cookers Gas safety testing including landlords certificates Gas servicing LPG gas connection of static holiday homes to cylinders and meters Must be flexible and adaptable Ideally be able to carry out general maintenance work to caravans including plumbing Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to company policies including Health and Safety. Must work well within a team Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload Must be pro-active and self motivated

Skills

Proficient in welding techniques and the use of hand tools for various tasks. Strong plumbing skills with the ability to work on complex systems. Extensive mechanical knowledge relevant to gas engineering. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in installations. Experience with carpentry tasks as they relate to gas installations. Capability for heavy lifting when required during installations or repairs.
