Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with the Regulatory Reporting Head of Sales to drive the sales strategy, deliver revenue via individual performance and manage a high-performing Sales team. While collaborating closely with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and business outcomes are optimised.
Responsibilities incude:Individual contribution: Hit individual target, contributing to the overall team's success Manage a subset of your own clients to deliver pipeline and retention alongside team responsibilities. Team Management and Development: Manage and develop a high-performing, cohesive team through mentorship and guidance. Coach team members to realise their potential and deliver against business targets. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs deeply and connect them to appropriate solutions. Utilise peers and resources to support the sale and inspire confidence in customers through domain expertise. Develop and implement strategies to stay on top of customer retention Be present and monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues to ensure long-term relationships. Sales Pipeline Management: Understand team pipeline and sales cycles, coaching on best practices for sales cycle acceleration. Raise the bar of expectations for deal close rates. Leverage Salesforce to track sales activities, and manage customer relationships, updating accurately and in a timely manner to provide visibility to management and across the business Ensure the team is proficient in using Salesforce to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner horizontally with key stakeholders within the Regulatory Reporting business, marketing, and other company functions to advocate for customer needs and improve business outcomes. Collaborate with wider LSEG teams within the Markets division or D&A to widen our customer footprint, drive pipeline, and deliver cross-business sales Represent Sales and our clients at internal meetings such as OpCo, Risk Committee etc. acting as a trusted deputy to the Head of Sales
