We're looking for a vibrant, hands-on individual to join our Front of House team. As our

Luggage Porter

, you'll be the first and last impression of ME London - welcoming guests with flair, confidence, and a genuine smile.



Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Be the face of

ME

- greet guests with style and warmth, offering top-tier assistance at our hotel entrances. Handle luggage with care and precision, ensuring our guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Embrace the highest standards of health & safety and contribute to regular fire safety drills and practices. Assist with the day-to-day rhythm of the department - organised, efficient, and always in tune with guest needs. Manage guest requests, feedback, or complaints quickly and professionally - always with ME flair. Be a confident communicator - on the radio, in writing, or face to face.



What we are looking for

A valid

driving license

Stamina and energy - you'll be on your feet and on the move Passion for

hospitality and guest experience

Great knowledge of

London's hotspots and hidden gems

Fluent in

English

, both spoken and written
