As a Luggage Porter, you will be an integral part of our front office team, where your impeccable communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Working closely with our concierge desk, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth daily operations of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Provide warm and engaging communication to ensure guests feel welcome and valued. Assist guests with their luggage, delivering it promptly and efficiently to their rooms. Coordinate closely with the concierge desk to fulfil guest requests and enhance their overall experience. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure that all guest belongings are handled with care and delivered safely. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Uphold the high standards of presentation and professionalism expected of Firmdale Hotels team members. Valet parking duties - Clean UK driving license needed, but not a strict requirement . Expectation of night shift coverage.
