As a Luggage Porter, you will be a key member of our front office team, contributing to the smooth operation of our concierge desk. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all guest requests are met efficiently and effectively. This hands-on, operational role requires someone who is proactive, friendly, and dedicated to providing inspirational service.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure. Ensure the efficient handling of guest requests and deliveries. Support the concierge team with daily operations. Maintain the impeccable presentation of the lobby and front entrance. Provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities and services.

What you Need:

Valid UK Driving License is desirable Keen and willing to work collaboratively with a dynamic team. Dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism. Passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring every detail is perfect. Confident and capable of interacting with guests and colleagues effectively. Maintains a polished, professional appearance at all times. Brings energy and positivity to the role, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
