As a Luggage Porter, you will be an integral part of our front office team, ensuring our guests receive inspirational service from the moment they arrive. This hands-on, operational role requires a confident and engaging communicator who can deliver exceptional service with warmth and impeccable presentation.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring their belongings are handled with care. Support the concierge desk with the smooth running of daily operations by promptly addressing guest requests and inquiries. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the lobby and front entrance are always clean and welcoming. Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation. Collaborate with the front office team to create a seamless guest experience.

What you Need:

A keen and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. Impeccable presentation and a friendly, approachable demeanour. A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
