Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic
Lunchtime Cover
staff member to join our wonderful team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable lunchtime experience for the children.Ideally this role will be 1130am-230pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Supervise children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist children with their meals, promoting healthy eating habits and encouraging social interaction. Help set up and clear away the dining area, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Engage in light-hearted conversations and activities, making mealtime enjoyable. Support other staff in the nursery as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
This position is perfect for those looking to gain experience in early childhood education while contributing to a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children.
Requirements
Level 2 or above in early years preferred Experience working with children is desirable. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Passion for working with children and enhancing their lunchtime experience. DBS check and right to work in the UK.
