Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team and the working hours will be from 10:45/12:00am-2:00/2:30pm from Tuesday to Saturday.

As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and food service.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude

- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area

- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales

- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards - Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service

- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

- Willingness to help others and work as part of a team

- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices

- Ability to upsell products and increase sales

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices

- Culinary knowledge is a plus - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
