Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude, ensuring they have a great experience from the moment they enter the restaurant.

Order Handling:

Take orders at the till, process payments, and ensure all cash handling is accurate and secure.

Milkshake Preparation:

Prepare and serve our signature milkshakes according to customer preferences.

Order Dispatch:

Occasionally assist in dispatching orders from the kitchen, ensuring they are correct and delivered to customers promptly.

Cleaning Duties:

Maintain cleanliness in the front of the shop, including regular cleaning of the bathroom and facilities areas.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers during their visit, including checking in on how they are enjoying their food and addressing any concerns they may have.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

20 HOUR ONLY usually 5pm -10pm

Friendly and approachable demeanor Strong communication skills in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, especially in order handling and cash transactions Willingness to perform cleaning duties regularly Flexibility to assist in various roles as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 9.00-12.00 per hour
