Sitwell Nursery & Infant School is a large and successful infant school with an inclusive and child centred ethos, and we are looking for an energetic and talented Lunchtime Leader to join our wonderful team. Ofsted judged us Good in all areas in May 2025 and we were extremely proud of our report which states 'Relationships are at the heart of the school. This underpins every aspect of school life. Staff relationships with pupils are nurturing and celebratory. This consistently fosters trust and encouragement. Pupils behave well, reflecting a culture of kindness and mutual respect.'

If you have a strong commitment to education, are self-motivated, want to make a real difference to children's futures and be part of a wonderful learning community then you will enjoy being part of our friendly, happy school. We are passionate about teaching and learning and believe it is a privilege to work alongside our children and their families.

We wish to appoint an outstanding professional who:

Enjoys working within a team of committed colleagues with support from more experience lunchtime leaders and the Playground Manager. Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is organised, patient, reliable and flexible. Is prepared to provide outstanding learning experiences for small groups of children or individuals as necessary, during our well-structured lunchtime provision. Is committed to inclusion and equality of opportunity for all. Is able to maintain confidentiality on all school matters.
