Job Description

The Winterton Federation require a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our Midday team on a permanent basis, for 6.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Executive Headteacher and the Federation Senior Midday Supervisor.


We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor who:

is enthusiastic and motivated; enjoys working with children; can lead play activities and engage children in constructive play throughout their lunchtime; uses their experience in a range of behaviour management techniques to effectively promote our federation ethos, in line with our policies and procedures; has good timekeeping and organisational skills; has a basic awareness of first aid; can carry out cleaning duties associated with the post.
