Job Description

Role Purpose

To plan and deliver exceptional luxury wedding events for Matharu's, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to flawless execution, ensuring every detail reflects true luxury. Sales support is involved to convert leads into clients and grow the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Delivery

Act as the primary contact for clients throughout their journey Create design briefs with the creative team Build event timelines, floor plans, and logistics documents Attend key event days to ensure seamless setup + client satisfaction Conduct post-event reviews to improve delivery
Sales & Client Acquisition

Respond to new enquiries with speed, strategy, and warmth Manage consultations, showroom tours, venue visits, and design pitches Convert leads into booked clients Build relationships with venues, planners, and luxury suppliers Upsell design enhancements and premium services
Brand Representation

Represent Matharu's at industry events, expos and venue showcases Maintain a polished, stylish and professional brand image Capture content opportunities (before/after, BTS where allowed)
Required

Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
