Overview

MAST Security are recruiting Head Door Supervisors to work at high end luxury location, Restaurant, Hotel.

Approx. 30-40+ Hours a week depending on venue requirements. hours will increase on request from clients

Security teams varies between 1-4 guards.

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience in luxury environments (Restaurants or private members clubs) Impeccable appearance and personal presentation Punctual, reliable and discreetly confident Warm, polished, welcoming demeanour Engaging with guests & "chatty" Head Doorman experience. SIA licence in Door Supervision/CP Comfortable working around alcohol Extremely reliable Minimum 1-year experience

Duties

Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorised individuals enter. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary. Assist in loss prevention by identifying suspicious behaviour and reporting it to management. Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or directions as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty. Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a cohesive approach to safety.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a security or customer service role is preferred but not essential. Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential risks or issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe environment for all individuals on the premises.
