We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our MaxMara Edinburgh team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while effectively negotiating and closing sales. Your ability to manage time efficiently and stay organised will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and fashion trends. Provide outstanding customer service. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Utilise effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customers positively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for customer service and helping clients find the right solutions. A proactive attitude with a drive for achieving results. An experience of luxury clienteling is preferrable
