The Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Luxury Jewellery Consultant to join our team full-time. This role is about delivering strong sales performance through expert knowledge and outstanding customer service. You will work closely with clients on meaningful purchases such as engagement rings and bespoke commissions, ensuring they feel guided, inspired, and confident in their choices.

Key Responsibilities

Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets Building long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Confidently presenting and selling high-value diamonds, engagement rings, and bespoke pieces Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to support client decision-making Maintaining luxury showroom presentation and merchandising standards
About You

A natural salesperson with proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets Confident, persuasive, and able to build trust with a diverse clientele Strong interest in luxury goods such as fine jewellery (experience preferred but full training provided) Professional and client-focused in every interaction Reliable, motivated, and flexible to include weekend work as part of your rota

Full-time, Permanent. However, if you are looking for part time we would be happy to discuss it. For example 4 days a week is available on request, this would still include weekend working, with some Sundays essential.
