Role Purpose

As a Luxury Sales Executive, you'll be part of the team that brings our customers' dream vans to life. You'll build relationships, guide people through bespoke builds, and help them design the perfect van for their lifestyle. This isn't about hard selling - it's about connecting, understanding, and delivering an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build genuine relationships with customers and help them create their dream van Educate and guide customers through their bespoke build options Manage and nurture your own customer pipeline Attend events and trade shows to engage new audiences Take ownership of your own success and sales performance Contribute to a team culture that's positive, energetic, and results-driven

About You

A people person - confident, approachable, and full of energy A team player who thrives in a lively, passionate environment A quick learner who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved Motivated by success, friendly competition, and seeing customers smile Comfortable speaking with a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals Full UK driving licence required
Experience in sales, customer service, or anything people-facing is great - but attitude, communication, and energy matter most.
