The Role

With the exciting launch of our new showroom in Hale, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking a confident, approachable communicator who excels in both customer service and sales. This dynamic role requires someone highly organised, able to multitask effectively, and proactive in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. As part of a small team, you will also handle enquiries from our online store. An interest in interior design would be highly valued as we continue to build on our creative, design-led approach. Key Responsibilities
:
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the sales process. This can begin over the phone, email, or in person, and it's crucial that you communicate clearly, confidently, and friendly across all platforms. You will offer expert advice, provide technical and design insights, and resolve customer queries at every stage of their journey with us.
Additional responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing sales opportunities from showroom visitors and other direct enquiries
Assisting the Sales Team in understanding customer requirements and offering tailored design solutions
Creating quotes, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and delivering exceptional after-sales service
Providing advice on product suitability, sizing, pricing, and showcasing a natural flair for interiors
Maintaining the showroom to ensure products are displayed attractively and the space reflects the brand's luxury image
Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
Arranging the dispatch of samples and supporting the overall showroom operations
Skills
:
Experience in a sales environment
Knowledge of the luxury goods market (preferred)
Strong knowledge of interior design (preferred)
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Enthusiastic and proactive - this is a fast-paced and busy environment
Self-motivated, with the ability to inspire others
Excellent communication skills
Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
